Heyyyyyy, Heifers! Today's episode was, uh, unexpected. I just had a bad week. But, it was "normal" bad - not brought on by a slew of random panic, or waking up with a tight chest, or even feeling a slow drift from myself. It was normal! Like, my car battery died. How human! And then my tires needed to be replaced. Quaint! 

One thing I harp about in this episode is the importance of talking out your issues, even if you're just talking to yourself. In a twist of irony, while I explain how this helps me through bad days...I end up talking my way INTO WHAT IS ACTUALLY MAKING ME FEEL BAD WHILE RECORDING THE EPISODE.

With that said, I do talk about grief and addiction as a heads up!
