Hey, Heifers! I’m back from Podfest, a big ol’ podcast conference, and I am all of the following: tired, panicked, happy, tired, creative, overwhelmed, panicked, hungry. Experiences like these always leave me in a jumble of emotions and considering I’ve been pretty wobbly lately, it’s no wonder that I’m still trying to hit my equilibrium emotionally.

My big takeaway from Podfest is that there are always friends waiting for you, new or old. I never should have doubted myself and neither should you! I also hope you are inspired to embark on your own solo adventures!
