Happy September, Heifers! I did a different format this episode (well, just a tad different!). I wanted to have a more abstract intention for my September goals because lately I’ve been feeling like the three SMART goals structure isn’t vibing with me. I have a lot going on and I think I’m just saying things to fill in the slots as opposed to really sitting down and asking myself what I want out of this month, how I’m actually doing, etc. So, enjoy this hippy-dippy episode! I talk about my Pumpkin Spice Latte sorrow since I can’t have coffee, getting my fkin OIL CHANGED, and there are a few tangents in there that are sponsored by my Diet Coke consumption prior to recording. Let’s hope I can get my shit together this September!
