Hey Heifers! My August goals are actually intimidating me this time around. I’m out of practice with facing things that used to give me a lot of anxiety that, overtime, I was able to work on and overcome by stretching that muscle. However, now I’m not facing them as much and some of these things are spooking me out again! July was also just a strange month for me. I think keeping track of our goals will be really cool to look back on during this time to see what sparked our interest during quarantine and what motivated us. So come join me in my monthly goal setting series and let’s make August our BITCH! (Too aggressive? Yeah, okay, too aggressive. My apologies).
