In honor of PSL season, my Heifers, today we dive into the dark beauty of coffee. Caffeine can supremely ruin your day if you have anxiety or depression. It can also make it amazing. It can also make you have a panic attack. How grande! I tell you my pitfalls with caffeine and the tips that have helped me in the quest to find a way to be awake without having to get more sleep and, you know, break out into hysterical sobbing.
