Hey, Heifers! I’ve recently come to the conclusion that I can’t always live my life functioning at 100 percent. Anxiety and depression can hold me back, and I have to work around and with my mental health disorders. But ya know what? Sometimes, you really are only able to give 60 percent one day no matter how much you try to do more. I’ve exhausted myself this week trying to keep it 100 (ew sorry) when I needed to accept I wouldn’t get as much done as I wanted to for the sake of my health.
